Terms of service — Socianote

1. Acceptance

By creating a Socianote account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Socianote is a service operated by Better Future Holdings Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore. In these Terms, “Socianote” refers to the service; “we” / “us” refers to Better Future Holdings Pte Ltd.

2. The service

Socianote provides software for social service agencies to manage participants, cases, programmes, and team workflows. We deliver the service on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee on Free plans. Paid plans may include written SLAs.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload to Socianote. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export your data in machine-readable form at any time. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless legal hold applies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Socianote for unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes.
Do not attempt to access another organisation's data.
Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or load-test the service without written permission.
Respect the consent and privacy of the participants you record.

5. Plans and billing

Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are pro-rated on cancellation. Plan limits are enforced in software (staff seats, participant counts).

6. Liability

Socianote is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit total liability to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time from Settings. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice and opportunity to cure.
