Who qualifies for sliding scale?
- Standard— All other organisations
- Smaller orgs— Under USD $500k annual revenue30% off
- Emerging orgs— Under USD $250k annual revenue OR under 2 years old50% off
We trust your attestation. We verify the financial qualifier within 30 days of signup. If you change tier later, the rate adjusts at the next billing cycle — no clawback on past months.
Why no per-user pricing? Per-user fees punish growth. Add coordinators, volunteers, and students without watching the meter — flat tiers by org size only.
Pricing FAQ
What if we hit a tier limit?+
Existing records stay readable on every plan — there's no hard cutoff. New creation is blocked at the limit, with an in-app prompt to upgrade or archive. People and programmes are the two quantity-capped resources; cases and interactions don't count separately (cases are folders on a person, interactions are open log entries).
Can we downgrade?+
Yes, any time. If you're over the new plan's limits, existing records stay readable; new creates are blocked until you archive or export. Reads stay open on every plan.
Why no per-user pricing?+
Per-user pricing punishes growth. Most enterprise platforms charge $60–100 per seat per month — at 25 staff that's $1,500–$2,500 monthly just in licences. Our flat tiers price by org size, not by who's logged in. Add coordinators, students, and volunteers without watching a meter.
Can we self-host?+
Not on Free / Starter / Team / Scale — keeping the platform managed lets us ship security patches the same day. Enterprise customers with strict residency requirements can discuss self-managed Supabase deployments.
What about data residency?+
All customer data is in Singapore (ap-southeast-1) by default. EU region (Supabase eu-west-1) is available on request for Scale and Enterprise customers — usual lead time around two weeks. We don't move data without your explicit instruction.
Do you offer multi-year discounts?+
Annual is already 2 months free (~17% off). Multi-year contracts are negotiable on Scale and Enterprise — talk to us.
